Jan. 2nd, 2022 06:03 pmSo I'm rewriting an old Voldemort/Draco fic of mine, and it's actually really fun! Like, it's been 4 years since I started writing it and it is. Very obvious. Honestly, I've been looking over the last chapter from time to time and just... it's boring. Like, it's reached 43k hits, so presumably it's not boring for the readers, but it's boring to write.
But I'm having fun again now! That's probably helped by the fact that I am also rewriting it in the present tense, which I think works better for the story. And also, there's a shiton of scenes I want to add that I... don't know why I didn't write the first time? Like, I guess I just wasn't interested in that part of the story at the time?
On the other hand, I made this fanweek just for me (for fun!) and the prompts are really working for me. Just, I've got like five new LVDM ideas that I am super excited to write.
Basically, I'm having a lot of fun with this pairing right now~
