First, let's just blow right past the MXTX novels, since you're likely to know them if you're in any way connected to the danmei community. (If you're not but you want to read more Officially Licensed Danmei and don't know where to find them, I have got three (3) places for you.)

Peach Flower House™ has 2 danmei series on their shelf, available as both ebook and paperbacks. Little Mushroom's first volume (of two) will release in February, and I've read almost to the end of this one. It's a post-apocalyptic novel. It's beautiful. It's severely depressing. It's ultimately hopeful. It will make you cry. Multiple times.

PFH's other title is In The Dark, a crime drama. Vol 1 is released, and so is Vol 2, but I haven't actually been able to get my hands on vol 2 yet. Every site I check has it listed as temporarily unavailable and it's been like that since its release day. It's "a story of a young police officer searching for the answer to “Who am I?”".

Then we've got Chaleuria, who so far has only published digitally. They have multiple titles, several of which are completed. (They recently lost the license to Fake Slackers and I will forever rue the fact that I didn't buy the ebooks while they were available.) My 2 favorites of their completed translations are No Money to Divorce and Complete Guide to the Use and Care of a Personal Assistant.

ViaLactea publishes mostly Simplified Chinese editions of danmei, but has in the recent year also expanded into the English market. I can no longer find their English paperbacks on the site, but their Twitter should have the direct link somewhere among their tweets. Note that the paperbacks can only be ordered from their site, and the shipping fee can easily surpass 100 CAD.

But good news! They have ebooks on Smashwords! The Missing Piece is a single volume, so a relatively short read. It's got fake dating and a second chance romance, the Smashwords introduction asking the question, "What will become of a love founded on pretense?".

Salad Days is two volumes, both already released. It's childhood friends to lovers, "A love story between a village boy and a city boy, chasing their dreams of becoming a dancer and a boxer."

Lastly, (I wasn't going to list these but I actually found them pretty easily so here they are) Webnovel has three licensed danmei. I don't know if they've acquired more in the year or two I haven't been using it, but here are the ones I know. Comrade: Almost a Cat-astrophic Love Story, My Boyfriend is a Dragon and The National Sweetheart Live-Streamer Is A Pro!

Little Mushroom book 1is out! It's listed as temporarily unavailable everywhere I checked, so based on the situation with In The Dark, I'm gonna guess it'll be about 3 months before you can buy the paperback. And also, In the Dark: Volume 2 is now available.

Salad Days' English edition (paperback) is now back up on Vialactea's site.

And we've got new releases!

Vialactea announced on Twitter that the English edition of Lips & Sword (by Jin Shisi Chai) is coming. Purchase is not yet available.

Seven Seas Danmei has announced the English publication of The Husky and the White Cat Shizun. Now available for pre-order!

UPDATE 20/3-22:

Little Mushroom book 2 is confirmed for release on Aug 29!

And there are MORE NEW TITLES from Peach Flower House™. PFH announced on Twitter that University of the Undead by Ziloi is coming (ebook only) on Oct 31.

And Golden Terrace by Cang Wu Bin Bai (print only) is coming on Nov 15. Better yet, both volumes are out on the same day!

UPDATE 22/4-22:

Lip and Sword by Jin Shisi Chai is out in English now! This is the ebook edition, I have not yet heard anything about a paperback. ViaLactea has paused their whole website, anyway, so we'll see when they're back in business on that front.

Lip and Sword will be 3 volumes, and all volumes are already out!

UPDATE 30/4-22:

It has been announced on Twitter that Desharow Merman will get an official English release by Modina Publishing Co., Ltd. This company, of which I can find neither a site nor Twitter, is nevertheless a registered UK company, so hopefully, this is legit.

Wu Xie, after all, is the perfect person for the role; he’s from a wealthy and influential family, is legendary in the business, and is close friends with Liu Sang’s idol. More importantly, he’s famously distanced himself from tomb raiding and likely won’t ever hear of the rumor. This means that for years, while Liu Sang builds up his own connections and reputation, he has some measure of safety.

And then he shows up at a tomb raid, hired by Wu Erbai (already a risk in itself, but the man has never said anything about the rumor) to find that Wu Xie (and Liu Sang’s idol) is there.

…Shit.

Riddle’s dark eyes are right in front of him, sucking him in. Draco is beginning to grow painfully aware of their closeness, of how hard it would be to defend himself in this position. His wand is in his forearm holster, of course, but he doesn’t think he could get it out unnoticed. Riddle licks his lips just as Draco is debating to try anyway, and asks, “Do you still think Dumbledore is wrong?”

“I do,” he confirms, seeing no reason to lie. He continues, “Your magic is as dark as they come, but that hardly means a thing.”

“It doesn’t?” Riddle’s voice is silky smooth again, his eyelashes lowering a little. He’s got very long eyelashes, Draco can’t help but note, eyes tracking the shifts in Riddle’s expression as the teen says, “I would assume it would mean everything, seeing as I’m a Dark Wizard.”

“So am I,” Draco points out, loosing his grip on it just enough for a wizard as powerful as Riddle to sense his magic. It’s not oozing around him like Riddle’s, and it doesn’t dig into anything. But it curls around him nevertheless, a dark pit where before there were a kaleidoscope of colors from Hogwarts’ ambient magic. He shrugs, finally allowing the back of his head to strike the wall behind him—he’s getting tired of holding it up himself—and adds, “I’m fairly certain Dumbledore has never considered me a threat, though.” Here, he can’t help but grin, pride filling him as he says, “Just as a prat desperate to make his father proud.”

Riddle’s head tilts to the side, and his hands lands on the wall on either side of Draco, effectively caging him in. It’ll be even harder to get his wand pointed at Riddle, like this. “Oh? And why’s that?” Riddle softly says, eyes lowering to Draco’s mouth as he looms over him.

A/N: working on a new LVDM fic! it’s a one-shot, and i’m still debating whether i’ll just post it whenever it’s done, or keep it for LVDM Week. it does fit one of the prompts and who knows if I’ll manage to finish anything else…..
